unable to seed

Help me pls Admin.....

My ratio is now 0.5 so i am unable to download and post any thread...
To improve my ratio i am not able to seed too
so i dont know anyother way to increase my ratio

PLZ help me hereafter i will maintain my ratio as 1:1
